Founded in 2017, Safe Parking LA is the largest safe parking program in Los Angeles and is the only provider of safe lots exclusively focused on vehicular homelessness.
Nearly 40% of Los Angeles County’s unsheltered homeless population live in vehicles. Safe Parking LA offers safe parking in secure lots, access to restrooms, and water.
Lots are located in San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, and West Los Angeles, as well as a program on the Veteran’s Administration campus.
