How It Works

Step 1

Check if you’re eligible

We offer rental assistance to low-income residents of LA County who are facing eviction in the next 30 days due to a recent financial problem, and who demonstrate future ability to pay their rent moving forward.

Step 2

Fill out a simple application

Fill out a simple online application, and complete a verification interview with a friendly member of our team. Completing an application does not guarantee access to rental assistance.

Step 3

Get the funds you need

If you are eligible and offered rental assistance, funds are disbursed upon approval and acceptance to your landlord or property manager.

Step 4

Post-funding support

Paying this month's rent is the start, not the finish. Every household we fund is offered freesupport to build longer-term stability — no cost, no obligation.
