True stability begins with the basics. For many of our neighbors experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, maintaining personal health and dignity is a daily struggle. Your monthly gift of $25 ensures that each month, our neighbors receive comprehensive hygiene kits, seasonal clothing (such as warm socks in winter or breathable layers in summer), and essential personal care items during our Resource Days. You are providing the fundamental tools someone needs to feel human, refreshed, and ready to take the next step toward stability.
Our monthly Resource Days are the heartbeat of Better Angels, serving as a "one-stop shop" for community healing. A $50 monthly commitment goes beneath the surface to fund the vital infrastructure of these events. This includes the logistics of transporting supplies, the preparation of hundreds of nutritious hot meals, and the procurement of supplies needed to run an impactful service day. By funding these days, you are creating a safe, welcoming space where neighbors can receive immediate care while being connected to long-term social services.
Homelessness is far easier to prevent than it is to escape. At $75 a month, you are providing the ultimate safety net for families on the brink of losing everything. This gift is specifically designated for our eviction prevention work, a high-impact intervention that covers the cost of emergency rental assistance required to stop an eviction in its tracks. You are quite literally keeping a roof over a family’s head, ensuring that a temporary financial setback doesn't become a lifetime of trauma.
